Blue rubber cap with pre-formed holes, resistant to leaks, facilitates the extraction of strands for applying highlights. Use: Place the cap from the front towards the nape. Insert the hook into the holes to pull out strands. Apply dye or bleach to the extracted strands. Remove the cap from the nape towards the front. Clean, dry thoroughly, and powder with talc if desired for preservation.
