NEUTRALIZING SPONGE WITH SUPPORT

Firm cellulose sponge mounted on a plastic holder, designed to apply neutralizing liquids after perm or molding treatments. Use: Moisten with the neutralizing solution. Gently pass through treated hair after the exposure time. Repeat several times until excess product is removed. Clean and let the sponge dry after use.
