Oxy Cipria 1000ml - 20vol

Sheis Beauty's Oxy Cipria developers are stabilized emulsions formulated with hydrogen peroxide at different concentrations (3%, 6%, and 9%). They are designed to be mixed with hair dyes or bleaching powders, allowing hair to be lightened by up to 3 shades depending on the selected volume. The formula ensures an effective and controlled action, protecting the hair structure during the coloring process. Use: Mix Oxy Cipria developer with Sheis Beauty hair dye or bleaching powder in a 1:1 ratio. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair, starting from the roots and extending to the ends. Leave on for the time recommended by the dye or bleach manufacturer. Rinse with plenty of water and proceed with your usual post-coloring treatment.
