Highly concentrated and opaque color gels, designed for decorations, fine lines, nail art, and techniques like one stroke or zhostovo. They do not spread or bleed. Use: Apply with a nail art brush onto a cured or matte surface. Ideal over a matte top coat or color layer. Cure in a lamp for 30-60 seconds. Can be left as is or sealed with a top coat.
